These terms apply to direct purchases placed through the PURE website.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order sends a purchase request. We confirm availability and delivery arrangements before dispatch. We may contact you when details need clarification or an item becomes unavailable. Keep your contact information accurate so we can reach you.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. The checkout total includes configured delivery charges and applicable discounts. Cash on delivery is currently the live payment method unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Preview payment options do not collect payment.

Product information

We work to keep photos, descriptions, prices, and stock accurate. Packaging may change. Always read the product label for ingredients, allergens, directions, and storage requirements before use.

Discounts and rewards

Scratch rewards are subject to the displayed promotion rules, availability, minimum spend, and discount cap. A qualifying returning-customer benefit may apply after a completed direct order. Discounts cannot be combined unless the checkout says they can.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with ordering, or submit fraudulent information. We may reject or cancel orders linked to abuse, obvious pricing errors, unavailable stock, or delivery locations we cannot serve.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by applicable Philippine consumer law. Our Shipping and Returns policies form part of these terms.
